3. What data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly to us when you fill in our contact form, including:
- Full name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The service you are enquiring about
- The content of your message
We do not use cookies or analytics tracking on this website. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may involve a technical connection to Google's servers to deliver the font files; no personal data is intentionally shared with Google through this connection.
4. How we use your data
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project or engagement
- Keep a record of correspondence for our own administration
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where an engagement proceeds, the performance of a contract with you or your organisation. We do not use your data for marketing communications, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your data.
5. How your enquiry is delivered
Our contact form uses a third-party form-delivery service to route your message to our inbox. This means the content of your submission is processed by that service for the sole purpose of delivering it to us by email, and is not used by them for any other purpose on our behalf.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required to meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
7. International transfers
As we work with clients in the UAE, Europe and elsewhere, personal data may be processed in a country other than the one in which it was collected. Where this involves a transfer out of the European Economic Area, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is applied.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or request restriction of processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office (the supervisory authority under the UAE PDPL) or, for individuals in the EU, the data protection authority in your EU member state
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@focus-point.io.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
